Don't know: can you copy/paste that link in a browser window? What would happen? I doubt Windows would allow you to execute it directly. This could be a security issue.

And in many cases it wouldn't make sense, as most people probably don't access that page from the computer where they'd have to run the file.

Why don't you create a shortcut to that folder if you update regularly?
