Mismatch somewhere in which day is the start of the week

If you try to book Dinky you can book it on Sundays but not on Fridays. It should be that we can book weekdays but not weekends.

The only problem was that the value of slots.day in the db was not set to 62, the value it needs to exclude weekends but include weekdays
