Update fork documentation and compatibility matrix for v0.10.x adoption #22

Description

@ata-sesli

Parent: #4

Objective

Update user and contributor documentation after the selected upstream v0.10.x work lands, clearly separating inherited upstream behavior from this fork's Zova-native architecture.

Scope

  • README feature, platform, benchmark, installation, update, and fork/upstream-tracking sections.
  • MCP tool inventory and schemas, including project selectors, cross-repository search, compact output, coverage, and CALL_REFERENCE if adopted.
  • Configuration, injected agent instructions, operations, backup/recovery, shared-database behavior, and current limitations.
  • Supported language and agent-integration matrices based on verified implementation.
  • Upstream adoption report listing adopted, equivalent, deferred, and rejected changes.
  • Release notes and compatibility notes for existing fork users.

Acceptance criteria

  • Commands and configuration keys are generated from or checked against the implementation; none are invented.
  • Documentation consistently describes one authoritative Zova database with workspace-scoped projects.
  • Installation examples point to this fork's release artifacts and current supported platforms.
  • Benchmarks state repository, worker count, run count/statistic, hardware context, and correctness gates.
  • Links, badges, tool counts, language counts, and version references pass repository documentation checks.
